Freshfields advises ad hoc lender group in Lumen liability management transaction

Freshfields has successfully represented an ad hoc group of Revolving Credit and Term Loan A lenders in the Lumen Technologies liability management transaction that closed earlier today. The completed transaction resulted in a significant improvement of terms on behalf of our client group from the deal originally announced in October of last year.
