Freshfields advises UPM-Kymmene Corporation on expanding labelling division

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is advising UPM-Kymmene Corporation and its labelling division UPM Raflatac (‘UPM’) on the acquisition of AMC AG Advanced Methods of Coating (‘AMC’).
