George is an associate in our New York office focusing on broad-based cross-border capital market and corporate transactions. George previously worked out of our Moscow office where he advised clients on cross-border transactions in emerging markets.
George is a graduate of the Lubin School of Business of Pace University in the US (BBA in International Management) and received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.
Before joining the firm in 2007 he worked in the New York office of a leading international law firm. He speaks English and Russian.
