Nguyen Tam Dan is an associate in our global transactions team, based in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Dan has a broad corporate and finance practice, including advising local and foreign companies, private equity investors, and conglomerates on cross-border matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financings, restructurings and divestment. Dan has extensive experience acting for clients across sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare, real estate, and renewable energy.
Prior to joining Freshfields, she worked for a first-tier Vietnamese law firm and a leading Singaporean law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Dan speaks fluent English.
