Nalothiya is an associate in our corporate team based in Dubai. She advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. Nalothiya trained in London and practiced for three years post-qualification prior to joining Freshfields.
