Leon is a member of the finance practice in our global transactions group. He specialises in the area of restructuring and capital solutions.
He advises corporates and lenders in the context of out-of court and in-court financial restructurings and refinancings as well as distressed situations.
Leon speaks German and English.

- Advising the TUI group on a consent soliticitation and amendment of its bond terms and conditions in relation to its EUR 300m senior notes.
