Admitted to the German bar, Moritz is an associate in our tax practice. He focuses on the German and international taxation of businesses.
Moritz regularly advises domestic and international clients on various aspects of corporate taxation, including reorganisations, restructurings and M&A transactions, as well as in the context of tax audits.
In addition to his native German, Moritz is fluent in English and French.
