Natalia specialises in banking transactions and Russian law security, as well as general corporate matters.
She worked with international banks and major Russian corporations. Apart from Russian, Natalia speaks English and French.

- Advising on financing of the acquisition by a Russian private financial group of shares in a leading Russian consumer electronics retailer from its majority shareholder.
- Advising Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ING Bank, J.P.Morgan and SIB as the global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners on the issue of $500m of loan participation notes due 2020 by EuroChem with listing on the Irish stock exchange.
