Bethan is an associate in the Global Transactions department in London, primarily advising global financial institutions on public and private M&A, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and disclosure obligations. During her time at Freshfields, Bethan has also spent time on secondment to the M&A Legal team at Barclays.
