About
Marie-Theres Urban is a Counsel in our Berlin office. She advises on all aspects of German and European competition law, with a focus on merger control and compliance, as well as on foreign investment screening issues.
She has particular experience with advising clients on global mergers and joint ventures under European and German antitrust and foreign investment law and also advises clients on behavioural matters including dominance-related issues and distribution strategies.
Marie-Theres has worked on numerous international mandates in a range of industries and sectors, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and private equity. She speaks German and English.
