James specialises in M&A and private equity transactions for private equity sponsors and other financial investors in transactions across Europe and across a range of sectors. He is relationship partner for a number of the firm’s key private equity relationships.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2004, James worked as an analyst for Citigroup in their UK mergers and acquisitions team.
