He focuses on corporate transactions in relation to public and private M&A, as well as in relation to corporate governance issues. He also advises on equity issuance in listed companies.

- La Française des Jeux on the filing of a public tender offer to acquire the entire share capital of Kindred Group Plc (Unibet) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm to create a European gaming champion
- Hitachi Rail on the divestment of its mainline signalling business in France, as well as signalling business units in Germany and the UK
- Renault Group on the carve-out of its electric vehicle and vehicle software-defined business to form the Ampere Group
- Invexans on the sale of a 9,6% stake in Nexans, a French listed company via an accelerated book building
- GIC, a member of a consortium led by TDR Capital, on the sale of LeasePlan Group, one of the world’s leading fleet management and mobility companies, to ALD, Société Générale's car leasing division
