- NREP A/S on its acquisition of M3's Germany-focused real estate credit business
- KonfiDents, a dental group owned by Altor, on its merger with zahneins, a dental group owned by PAI;

- Advising a multinational healthcare company on a number of general corporate matters in connection with its German subsidiaries;
