Alice advises on all matters of employment law with a special focus on board-level employee representation (co-determination) matters, the employment law related aspects of European Companies (SE) and cross-border mergers, as well as on employee and executive remuneration systems.

Alice has experience advising on and coordinating the introduction and design of a stock option programme on a multi-jurisdictional level, advising on European Works Council matters and remuneration issues in the financial industry sector. She was involved in the establishment of numerous European Companies (SE) and several cross-border merger transactions.

Alice also has substantial industry experience as an in house counsel of a large multi-national in the energy sector.

She speaks German and English.
