Innokenty specialises in cross-border corporate transactions and projects with a particular focus on East-European and CIS regions.

He has worked for major transport, logistics and energy companies as well as clients from other industries, advising on key M&A deals, complex procurement and supply arrangements, financings and capital markets transactions, as well as on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters more generally. This includes assisting large multinational European groups in relation to joint ventures, 'greenfield' projects and various divestment schemes.

Furthermore, Innokenty has been leading our team on a number of groundbreaking projects, including road, railroad, airport, seaport and utility infrastructure projects. He acts for a variety of parties, project sponsors and financiers.

For several years Innokenty headed the firm's Russian corporate practice in our global transactions group and also our infrastructure and transport group in the region. 

Innokenty also provides clients with strategic advice in relation to disputes and has been involved in several international commercial arbitrations and litigations.

He speaks German, English and Russian.
