Alexander excels in advising clients on EU banking matters, particularly the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Single Resolution Mechanism. His knowledge in this area is further enhanced by frequent dealings with regulators such as the European Central Bank and the German Federal Financial Services Authority (BaFin), enabling clients to navigate regulatory hurdles with a precise approach that mitigates risk and strengthens their market position.
Alexander is highly valued by clients for his fintech knowledge. As co-head of our fintech initiative, he partners with businesses to keep them ahead of rapidly evolving technologies, regulations and market developments.
Alexander writes and presents regularly on financial services regulatory issues and is publisher of a handbook for banking supervision law, giving businesses valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
