Louise advises funds, companies and financial institutions on banking and structured finance transactions across the world.

Louise is a senior associate in our Amsterdam finance team, specialising in structured finance and banking transactions. 

Louise has experience as the lead associate advising sponsor, investor, lender and borrower clients on both public and private asset backed financings involving residential and commercial mortgages (performing, re-performing and non-performing), as well as trade, lease and residual value receivables. 

She brings strong efficiency, organisational and interpersonal skills to her matters, which make her ideally suited to leading on high value, cross-jurisdictional matters, working in a fully integrated way with several Freshfields teams as well as our network of local firms.

She is a native English speaker and speaks French.
